Can't. Stop. Giggling. Super cute. I love this series. It's like mini-cakes. Just right, bite-sized tales of The Doctor. Very entertaining. And this doctor says "Oh, my giddy aunt" a lot, which cracks me up. ( )

The Second Doctor, Victoria, and Jamie battle robot Yetis and argue about the infallibility of the TARDIS. I loved the Mr. Men series when I was a kid, so I am ridiculously giddy about this mashup with Doctor Who. Very impressed with how the simple Mr. Men-style characters manage to emulate the Doctor characters' personas. ( )

(Second of 12 : Dr. Who/ Mr. Men series. Children's. Retro)

I was delighted with the concept of the Dr. Who incarnations as Mr. Men, so my nine year old bought them all for me. And for him.

Dr. Who, Vicky and Jamie land in a museum. Where they are attacked by Yetis.

Dr. Who’s second incarnation seems more Puckish and is defensive of his TARDIS. According to Wikipedia, most of the original TV episodes with the Yetis (Abominable Snowmen) are missing; but I have a feeling they didn't end quite like this! Oh, my giddy aunt.

I know there isn't much to any of these books (I only count 4 of them as a whole book), but as a fan of the Mister Men books and a certified Whovian, I think these books are hysterical fun. Each is illustrated and told in the fashion of the Mister Men books, and each Doctor and the Companions in the books are written very closely to their live-action counterparts.

Now, we will just need a Dr. Thirteenth come the end of the year to complete the set! ( )
