This is a story of a eleven-year-old boy who is a little defferent from other boys. Though he was not good at study and even at sports, finally he found a special thing that he could do well. It was ballet. He was attracted by it greatly, but...
Though most peple in this story were surprised at a male ballet dancer, those reactions were very natural in that time, I think. But, Billy made an effort to catch his own dream despite the bias. So I think he is great, and if I were in his place, I couldn't act like him. I want to praise him with 4 stars. ( )

I read this shortly before seeing the musical live on stage. It helped me understand the background of the politics which was difficult to get from the production I saw (the thick Brittish accents contributed to that as well). But standing alone, I was not impressed with the story. The performances made this come alive. ( )

Eleven-year-old Billy is different from other boys.He is not so clever or good at sports. So he has few friends. One day, he got interested in ballet dancing. But normally ballet dancing is for girls, not for boys. His family don't understand him but he want to dance...

This story is good.Billy is a nice boy.He was not interested in anything but after discovering ballet dance,he began to change his character and made an effort to be a good dancer.
He cheered me up!I want to set my goal in life and work hard to achieve it as Elliot did. ( )
