This story is about a rock climber, David Ashken, who had a bad climbing accident and is afraid to climb again. A businessman from Greece sees him in London working as a bartender. The Greek man lives in a big house on a Greek island full of expensive paintings. He asks the climber to climb Eagle Rock on the island and break into his house to steal his paintings so he can get the insurance money for the paintings and then sell the paintings again. (He is running out of money because business is bad.) Costas and his sister Eleni live on the island near the Greek man's house. Costas wants to be the first person to climb Eagle Rock. When he sees David Ashken on the island, Costas thinks that Ashken will climb Eagle Rock first, so he gets up early one morning and tries to climb it first. Costas gets stuck and his sister tries to get Ashken to climb the rock to save her brother. The problem is that Ashken is afraid to climb now - he doesn't want to climb anything!

Two brothers, Eleni and Costas are in the island. Costas likes to climb. One day they met Mr.Holland. At first, I thought this book would be boring. But I could enjoy this story at last. ( )
