There was a woman whose name was Hester Prynne.
One day,a baby was born by her but everyone did not know the baby's father.
And there was red letter "A" on the front of her dress….
First,I could not understand why the red letter was important in this story.
But finaly,I understanded and very surprised this reason.
There was a big secret about this letter and I enjoyed reading this book. ( )

Hester Prynne wore a dress which scarler letter "A"―for adulteress.
She had a daughter, but nobody knew her father.Who is her father? And how do they live?

My book talks about an adulteress woman in small town and she has a baby and nobody know who is father for this baby. I like this story because it is a romantic story and interesting to know what the end is.

Boston in the 1600s is a small town, but a large crowd waits for Hester Prynne. She carries a baby in her arms and the scarlet A is on her drss. A for adulteress. Who is the father of her baby ? Nobody knows and Hester will not say. ( )

The scene of this story is in the 1600s,at a small town in Boston,
Massachusetts. One day a beautiful woman with a baby was released from prison. She's name is Hester Prynne. There was a big red letter
"A" on the front of her. This "A" means adulteress...Who is the baby of father? And a strange man suddenly appeared.Who is he...?
I think it is tragedy. It is like a melodrama.I learned that life was very different for women in the 1600s. Because she received bad treatment by people for having an other man's child. ( )

This is a story of a mother and a child. They are always followed by a SCARLET LETTER of A.
What is the SCARLET LETTER?What is the end of story?
I can say that this is a sad story. If I born in such case,I can’t grin and bear it. ( )
